Today, the Arabic language is spoken by over 250 million people in North Africa and the Middle East. This is another reason why people living in the UK should learn Arabic – after all, they not only represent a large part of the country’s multi-racial communities, but have also had a hand in shaping the socio-political environment of Britain.

Learning Arabic is a good choice as it offers a blend of critical language skills and wide applicability. With over 300 million native speakers around the world, Arabic is also commonly spoken in more than 20 countries. Hence, learning Arabic can open whole new markets for people allowing them to live, work and interact in a number of countries.

If you listen carefully, you can learn some words in context by remembering where they occurred naturally in English. This can allow you to remember the words in context and identify them later on if used in the same context.

The Nassra Arabic Method is also similar – instead of focusing on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) which is much like Early Modern English used by Shakespeare, students are taught to focus on colloquial or informal Arabic. This is much easier to learn, especially when taught in context as opposed to grammar and vocabulary in isolation.
